This week we challenge you to try at least one or two traditional Thanksgiving dishes with a healthy spin. Since Thanksgiving is traditionally a time to gather with friends and family and give thanks, why not add “your health” to the list! While there is nostalgia in certain foods over the holidays it can also be a time to start new traditions. And as we all know, Thanksgiving leftovers last for a week or more and then comes Christmas and New Years and all the parties that go along with it. It really turns into over a month of pure indulgence. So, this year, we challenge you to make a few new traditions and at least give your ticker a little break with some delicious, yet healthy fair. Check out our “resources” at the bottom and let us know your favorite healthy dish!
