This week we challenge you to make ONE fully Whole Foods Plant Based dinner. We are not talking about an iceberg lettuce salad with steamed broccoli here, we are talking about a dish with an array of nutrients (that doesn’t mean it has to be complicated though). You can also get creative and make one of your favorite non-plant based meals into a plant based dish!
