“Summer Light” Dressing

This super simple “Summer Light” dressing is so simple and delicious there will never again be an excuse to not have a healthy dressing on hand!  Made from ingredients that are in most peoples kitchen at all times, this whips together in no time!  Enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 4 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Big or 4 small Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Ground Ginger

 

Directions:

Mix above ingredients and enjoy over salad or Quinoa dish!
