- 4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 4 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Big or 4 small Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp. Fresh Ground Ginger
Mix above ingredients and enjoy over salad or Quinoa dish!
