Lavash Pizza Bake
Lavash makes for a light and airy pizza crust allowing for the full flavor the veggies to be enjoyed and not overpowered. However, it holds it structure well and adds a nice crunch without weighing you down!
– Lavash (California Lavash is the brand we use)
– Pasta sauce (Our favorite is Whole Foods, 365 Organic Pasta Sauce, Fat Free. Or Make your own with our recipe here!)
– White onion chopped
– Red pepper chopped
– Celery chopped
– Mushroom, sliced
– Zucchini, thinly sliced
– Green onion
– Cashew Cheese (optional – follow link for recipe)
Pre-heat oven to 400°F
Chop all ingredients.
Place Lavash in oven for 5 minute to warm and crisp.
Remove and cover with pasta sauce.
Layer veggies on top of Lavash and bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool and serve with Cashew Cheese if desired.
