Chia seeds are a great energy source for before, during or after workouts.  It is also a great choice to incorporate on long days in the air for its hydration properties.

The drink shown here is a simple blend:

 

water  or coconut water – one glass about 16 oz

  • 1/2 lemon (or lime)
  • 1 pack stevia (for sweetness)
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

 

BEST USES:

  • Before, during, after exercise
  • Long days at work/on the road
