Chia seeds are a great energy source for before, during or after workouts. It is also a great choice to incorporate on long days in the air for its hydration properties.
The drink shown here is a simple blend:
water or coconut water – one glass about 16 oz
- 1/2 lemon (or lime)
- 1 pack stevia (for sweetness)
- 1-2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- Before, during, after exercise
- Long days at work/on the road
