– 2 cups packed cilantro (1/2 bunch or more of salt)
– 1/4 cup rice vinegar
– 1/4 tbsp walnuts
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1/4 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients in a blender or in a food processor fitted with a small four cup bowl. Combine all ingredients. Pulse until almost smooth.
