Cilantro Pesto

Add zing to any dish with this flavorful pesto and improve your health with every bite!  Enjoy as a stuffing in our Pepper Poppers or as a topping on our baked pizza.  You can also add it to steamed veggies or on sandwiches for sophisticated flare!

Ingredients

– 2 cups packed cilantro (1/2 bunch or more of salt)

– 1/4 cup rice vinegar

– 1/4 tbsp walnuts

– 4 cloves of garlic

– 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

– 1/4 tsp. salt

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender or in a food processor fitted with a small four cup bowl.  Combine all ingredients.  Pulse until almost smooth.
