Baked Tortilla Chips
Tortilla chips are a great snack and perfect for parties! Perfect for scooping up your favorite salsa, guacamole, humus, or piling into your favorite nacho dish! Unfortunately, most tortilla chips from the store are made from refined flours, loaded with oil, maltodextrin and chemical preservatives. Also, corn is a major GMO, so most chip brands are no go just based on that.
So here is a healthier spin! The tortillas from Ezekiel / Food For Life are perfect! They use only sprouted grains that are organic (non-GMO) and free from oils and chemical additives. They only take a couple minutes to bake and stay sealed in a bag for over a week! There is a sprouted corn tortilla for a traditional taste and gluten free, or a conventional tortilla for a healthy mix.

Using a pizza cutter, cut tortillas into chip sized pieces and lay flat onto a baking sheet. Usually several tortillas at a time works best to keep in a single layer and prevent from sticking.
Bake at 380°F for about 10 minutes.
Remove, eat, enjoy!
We enjoy with fresh salsa or our homemade hummus.
