Proper nutrition when training for an event or just training to stay healthy is essential.  Below are some of our favorite foods to help get you going and keep you going!  These are great portable “on the go” snacks to keep you energized and ready for anything when away from home.  No more excuses to skip the gym or WOD!  Use these as before or during workout energizers or as after exercise recovery fuel (also check out our FAQ for a quick run down of what types of foods to eat before/after workouts).  Enjoy!
