Pack a Better Bag!
It’s easy to look at you next trip schedule and think, “wow, same old overnights, again?” After some time on the road, all of the overnights seem to blend together and are all the same. But this doesn’t mean that they have to stand in the way of your fitness goals! Just because you are away from home and your nice gym and home cooked dinners doesn’t mean that you can’t carry your routine with you in a suitcase!
Pack a better bag and leave the excuses at home!
The following video details what I do differently to improve my quality of life on the road. No more relying on hotels with terrible gyms, broken treadmills, and even worse dining options. Remove those roadblocks! By bringing a few extra things with you ensures that you won’t be left high and dry! This is what enabled me to continue to train hard on the road for 20 days a month and still maintain fitness at a level that enabled me to win the North Face Endurance Challenge Marathon in San Francisco. This works!
