Anxiety is treatable and a number of effective treatments are available. Treatment helps most people lead normal productive lives."

Marital stress
Marital stress does not have a universal definition however, traveling frequently, being married for a long time, life events, or simply lapses in communication can strain even the best relationships. The Journal of Marital and Family Therapy reported that marriage counseling helps seven out of ten couples find great satisfaction in their marriage.
Depression is easily treatable and does not require medication.
Researchers calculated a stunning one in eight pilots suffer from depression. That’s over 1,800 pilots per legacy carrier.
One can be mildly, moderately, severely, or extremely depressed. Harvard studies suggest that depressed pilots are usually mildly to moderately depressed so are not considered to be a threat to others. This can be easily treated without medication. Simply psychotherapy, over the phone with a licensed professional should have you feeling better within weeks or a few months.
