- Ditch the gluten (wheat, rye, barley etc) to significantly reduce inflammation in the body.
- Late meals. Try to eat your dinner by 6pm and allow 4-5 hours between your last meal and when you go to bed.
- No caffeine or alcohol for 10 days
- Reduce your stress through breathing and meditation. Set your phone alarm to remind you to simply take 3-10 deep breaths a few times a day or refer to this method when you feel your stress levels rising during the day.

As the beginning of the month get’s closer we will create a private Facebook event for all those ready to join the Shred 10 Challenge.
Once the Shred Challenge starts, every day for 10 days we will provide targeted exercises that you can do on the road or in your home with minimal to no equipment. Follow our exercise plan, walk everyday – between flights or on short breaks at work, take the Juice Plus+ trio and shakes, and follow the addition and elimination guidelines provided above.
