The more specific and detailed you are the more likely we will be to cover topics that directly affect you and that are of interest to you. e.g., I would like to bring food on the road with me so I am not reliant on dinning out, but I am not sure what to bring or how to pack. I also worry about my food spoiling if there is not a refrigerator in the room. OR . I struggle with exercising consistently. I do not like long cardio session and I get bored doing the same strength routine every time. I also have low back pain even though I do not have an injury or disc issues.
