Welcome to Pilot Fitness Recipes –

here, we bring you new, tasty recipes to keep your palette entertained.

All of our recipes maintain a high standard – whole foods, high in nutrients, low in calories, long lasting and of course delicious. We do not incorporate processed foods and our cooking methods and recipes preserve the nutrients while brining out the flavor.

Finding a fair compromise of what to pack on the road that is nutritious, does not spoil and can fit in a food cooler (or your roller board) is no easy feat.  We aim to introduce travel recipes that give you the most nutritional bang for your buck while taking up as little space as possible.  All travel recipes aredesigned to survive a night without a refrigerator as well! 

We all know bringing your own food and the right kinds of food (provided in the recipes below) is one of the most efficient ways to improve health and safeguard your career – but knowing how to go about it is a full time job in and of itself!  Until now.

We strive to provide high quality, tasty meals ideas that will keep you satiated without weighing you down and improve your health without feelings of deprivation.  If it does not taste good, then it has no business being on our website.  We have a variety of recipes to cater to individual preferences.

We understand the struggles that come with lifestyle and habit changes.  If you are just getting started, consider trying one meal per trip, or use the recipes provided as a starting point.  As you transition to healthier eating and your body adjusts, then have fun introducing and incorporating more energizing, healthy, fulfilling, tasty recipes!
